Wash 200 grams khichdi mix.
Add washed khichdi mix into a pressure cooker with water (1000ml) & add a Pinch of Salt. Cook for 2-3 whistles.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil/butter in a pan. Add khichdi spice mix & salt to taste. Sauté the spice mix.
Add boiled khichdi into the pan and mix well. If required add water to adjust the consistency. Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot with one teaspoon of ghee and garnish with coriander leaves.
