Wash 200 grams Chole and soak it in water for 5-7 Hours.
Add soaked chole into a pressure cooker with water (600ml) & add a Pinch of Salt. Cook for 4-5 whistles.
Heat 4 tablespoon cooking oil in a pan. Add chopped onion & 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. Sauté till golden brown.
Add chatpata Pindi chole spice-mix, salt to taste & stir well until oil begins to separate. Add 60 g tomato purée & cook for 2 minutes.
Add boiled chole into the pan & mix well,if required add water to adjust the consistency of gravy. Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot with one teaspoon of ghee & garnish with coriander leaves.
